We all know Paloma Faith is amazing, it’s no lie and all of you in the States better keep an ear out because I believe she’s on her way to spread her awesomeness there.

Lizzie Nightingale has released a video for her single Footsteps from her EP Tiny Teardrops.
Nightingale is an exciting new artist from Glasgow who has impressed plenty of people with her debut EP. Footsteps is a slow-paced track with heartfelt lyrics and an amazing vocal display. It has the potential to become a back catalogue favourite years from now.
I reviewed Tiny Teardrops a few weeks back and came away really excited by her talent. Scotland has been producing a lot of musical talent lately and Nightingale is one of the best.
You have no idea how surprised I am that I am making an Aiden Grimshaw song my Song of the Day. I sent off a review of his debut album Misty Eye to Call Upon the Author and came away from it pleasantly surprised. I did not expect to enjoy his music but it’s actually rather catchy. (more…)
